Webinar: Defending Against Ransomware in 2025
Evolving Threats and Resilience Strategies
Defending Against Ransomware in 2025: Evolving Threats and Resilience Strategies
Thursday, September 18 | 2:00 PM EST
Ransomware in 2025 operates as an industrialized ecosystem. Threat actors now collaborate via underground forums, leveraging sophisticated tools to evade detection and maximize payment potential. Key technical changes include:
AI-driven reconnaissance: Attackers use AI to identify vulnerabilities in target environments faster than traditional penetration testing methods.
Zero-day exploitation: Ransomware operators increasingly purchase or develop zero-day exploits to bypass conventional patch management defenses.
Data exfiltration before encryption: Ensures attackers can threaten leaks if ransom isn’t paid — even if backups are restored.
Supply chain compromise: Targeting trusted vendors to infiltrate multiple clients simultaneously.
Join this Project Spectrum webinar to learn how organizations can respond with layered defenses. These measures are critical because once encryption starts, recovery becomes exponentially harder without preparation.

Cybersecurity Resilience in the Manufacturing Industry
Cyber resilience is crucial for manufacturing organizations within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), where the ability to keep operations running despite cyber incidents directly affects mission readiness and contractual commitments. In this setting, cyberattacks can stop production, disrupt supply chains, and expose Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), posing both operational and compliance risks.
Join this Project Spectrum webinar to learn how building resilience involves more than just defending against threats; it includes identifying critical assets, protecting operational technology (OT) and IT systems, swiftly detecting incidents, and recovering without long delays. Connecting these efforts with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) enhances both security and the continuity of manufacturing activities.
